Mountains ~ We hired and loaded up 3 Motorcycles and went to Wengie's Parents at Jampang in the Mountains as it was Grandma's birthday. I had to lift grandma's hand to my forehead to show respect and ask for her blessing. Naturally we had to eat at all the places we visited that day and I seem to remember I ate about 7 times. The only problem I had with food was that everybody wanted to feed me and I had a good deal of trouble finding space I mean to decline the offer of food would have been rather impolite.
Kalachuchi Flowers ~ Janet, Sherra, Wengie and Jan felt the need to collect all the Kalachuchi flowers laying on the ground at the base of this Magnolia type of tree. I think it was because they had a pleasant aroma as opposed to wanting to eat them or something...
Up and Down ~ As usual Woody and I are ahead waiting for the girls to catch up.
TriCycle ~ The Albina Family transport. Tricycles and Jeepneys are typically decorated in bright colours, lights, religious ornaments and advertising the family name of the vehicles owner. This motorcycle happens to be a Loncin 125cc which is either Korean or Chinese, the sidecar is usually constructed locally.
Carcar ~ The busy Market town of carcar which has a Guysano supermarket, Allied Bank which has an ATM point, and a roundabout.
