During 2002 - 2003 We investigated the possibility of investing in property (or House and Lot as its known in the RP). Below are a selection of properties that we looked at and some of the prices that were mentioned at the time. Since then many properties and situations have changed so please only use this as a rough guide for typical properties available in the RP. With a planned budget of 3Million this extension should be something special. The cost will be so high due to the nature and quality of the materials used.

1 Million Peso ~ Property in Argao.
This place was being rented out at the time and was split level. It was a cool house I think because of the tiles but did have a problem with the cellar occasionally flooding. It was very near the beach and church.
